Eagles Jay Ajayi is being accused of property damage

An unnamed Ajayi representative responded to TMZ's report, saying "the lawsuit is bogus".

Former Dolphins running back Jay Ajayi has been sued by the owner of a Los Angeles mansion who says the 24-year-old and his friends allegedly trashed his home, according to TMZ. According to TMZ Sports, Ajayi and his friend were specifically told by the owner of the place that parties were not allowed.

Ajayi is also accused of breaking a table, scratching the floor and violating a rule that prevents smoking.

Here in Philadelphia, we certainly partied hard after the Eagles' Super Bowl win.

Per TMZ, a rep for Ajayi denied any wrongdoing, including the alleged shoving or property damage.

Per the report, when the owner went to confront Ajayi over the bill on February 18, he alleges Ajayi "pushed [him] on [his] chest in a menacing and threatening manner". He appeared in seven regular-season games, rushing for 408 yards with a touchdown, and all three of the Eagles' postseason games.

Ajayi was in Los Angeles to appear on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" with fellow Eagles running back Corey Clement on February 5, though it's unclear if his appearance coincides with the dates of the alleged incident.

A Miami Herald report said Ajayi had attitude issues leading to his trade, but Eagles coach Doug Pederson praised Ajayi's mindset leading up to the Super Bowl.
