Morgan Freeman is the latest powerful man to be accused of sexual harassment.

She accuses Freeman of touching her repeatedly, resting his hand without permission, and frequently making comments about her appearance.

Freeman, 80, is known as an Oscar-winning actor, producer and a voice of authority, whether he's hosting the National Geographic Channel series, "The Story of God", or playing God, in the movie, "Bruce Almighty".

One woman, described as a "young assistant" working on 2015's Going In Style, claimed the actor subjected her to unwanted touching and made lewd comments about her figure and clothing almost every day. They claim McCreary witnessed at least one incident, and that she was also "the target of demeaning comments by Freeman in a public setting". She says women on set knew to cover up whenever he was around.

According to CNN, one of the women was a production assistant on the set of one of Morgan's films, Going In Style.

Meanwhile, Freeman responded, "I apologise to anyone who felt uncomfortable or disrespected - that was never my intent".

The Million Dollar Baby actor went on to clarify by apologising "anyone who felt uncomfortable or disrespected".

CNN spoke to individuals who allege inappropriate behaviour by Freeman on movie sets, at his production company Revelations Entertainment, or at press events. Narrating one particular instance, she even said that Freeman kept trying to lift up her skirt and asking if she was wearing underwear.

CNN reporter Chloe Melas, who co-authored Thursday's exposé, alleged that Freeman made inappropriate comments to her about her pregnancy when she was covering the release of the film.

Others have said that Freeman had a reputation for inappropriate remarks and behaviour around women.

CNN also spoke to three entertainment reporters who claimed Freeman was inappropriate with them at press junkets.

She alleged he looked her up and down several times before saying "I wish I was there" and "You are ripe".

Morgan is also said to have stared at women's breasts and asked women to twirl for him.
