Respawn Entertainment Reveals Name and Setting of Star Wars Project; Coming Holiday 2019

And so Colbert presented a mock trailer for Star Wars Episode IX: Shut the Hell Up You Broken Hateful Dweebs specifically created to piss off said dweebs even more.

Fallen Order takes place between Episode 3 and 4 in which you play as a Jedi and you can gold a lightsaber.

"Jedi Fallen Order" is expected to launch during the holiday season next year. The project is being headed up by God of War's Stig Asmussen and will be a third-person action title rather than an RPG like KOTOR, which to me is only slightly disappointing. But now a new Star Wars video game has been announced for arrival in 2019.

Respawn, perhaps best known recently for the Titanfall series, is going to have a small "tidbit" of a presence at E3, according to CEO Vince Zampella. Maybe. It's a Star Wars game with a huge lead time - it could be canceled!

Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order

The game was announced during EA's keynote at E3 2018 and while details are scarce, the Respawn Entertainment's Vince Zampella says you can expect the new game to be "dark, very dark".

If your first thought at this point is to bring up Star Wars Battlefront 2, don't. He also revealed that players would assume the role of a Jedi.

EA could even have an alternate storyline, showing (former) Jedi Padawan Ahsoka and Maul (formerly Darth) surviving - which we get a taste of in the canon Ahsoka novel.
