Yes, the company finally announced when we can expect Kingdom Hearts 3 to release, and it'll be here early next year. This is the latest entry in this long-running series which has been mostly exclusive to Nintendo and PlayStation systems up until now. Films like Toy Story, Monsters Inc. and Tangled are also going to be making their first appearances in Kingdom Hearts III. Never change, Square Enix.

In the trailer that came out following the announcement for the Disney/Final Fantasy collaboration, fans got a glimpse of a not-yet-revealed world appearing in the new Kingdom Hearts game: Frozen. While the game's producer, Tetsuya Nomura apologizes that he and his team need addition time to finish up the game, at the very least the game now has a firm release date.

The concert audience also got to see a new trailer for Kingdom Hearts III, which the rest of us should hopefully get to check out soon. Square Enix quickly made it official on the Kingdom Hearts Twitter account, confirming that the long-awaited third installment will be here on January 29, 2019 for Xbox One and PS4.

On the Enix side, we know that Just Cause 4 will be part of Square Enix's E3 this year, thanks to a leak via a Steam ad this week.
