The movie will be released November 21.

"You've got everything to lose, this guy's got nothing to lose".

"Creed II" seems to focus on challenges in the young Creed's personal and professional life. The acquisition of Caple Jr. came after Sylvester Stallone himself had signed up to direct, only to bow out. Viktor is, of course, the son of Rocky's own Russian nemesis, Ivan Drago (Dolph Lundgren), who killed Adonis's dad, Apollo (Carl Weathers), in 1985's Rocky IV.

Drago's son, Viktor, is played by the real-life professional boxer Florian Munteanu, and Tessa Thompson ("Thor: Ragnarok") also stars in the movie, reprising her role from the first film as Creed's girlfriend Bianca.

On Wednesday, MGM unveiled the first trailer for Creed II, the follow-up to the critically-acclaimed 2015 Rocky spin-off, which amassed $173.6M at the global box office. His mentor, Rocky Balboa, advises him to reconsider fighting, indicating that Creed's opponent may be too unsafe.

Jordan puts on the boxing gloves and steps back into the ring in the first poster for Creed II. The film is produced by Irwin Winkler, Charles Winkler, William Chartoff, David Winkler, Kevin King-Templeton, and Stallone. Together, Rocky and Adonis will confront their shared legacy, question what's worth fighting for and discover that nothing's more important than family.

As mentioned, the trailer will step into the 'net ring tomorrow, while Creed II arrives in cinemas on 21 November in the U.S. and 30 November here.

Directed by Ryan Coogler, the original Creed brought in a total domestic gross of $109.8 million against a $35 budget.
