Report Demi Lovato Agrees to Go to Rehab After Hospital Release

Demi is now recovering in hospital in Los Angeles, and is apparently suffering from a very high fever and extreme nausea, but reports say that she is "expected to make a full recovery".

The 25-year-old "Tell Me You Love Me" pop superstar reportedly made an agreement for treatment at a rehab center following her hospitalization after a reported overdose, according to People on Friday (August 3). Her family chose to wait until she was feeling better to bring up rehab.

Demi Lovato's staff were convinced she was dead after they found her unconscious last week.

TMZ reports that Lovato's bodyguard arrived at the singer's Hollywood Hills home to her assistant screaming, "She's dead!"

Earlier this week, TMZ reported those close to the "Sober" singer were going to give her an ultimatum: get help or lose some close relationships. Paramedics later arrived and administered Narcan, a drug that counters the affects of opioids.

Insiders told the site that there was vomit and blood on Lovato's pillow, a sign of hemorrhaging.

Reveaing that Demi is nearly ready to leave hospital and transfer straight out to a rehab facility, another source added, "She's getting out any day now".

They said: 'Her and her team need to decide what is the best decision for Demi once she leaves the hospital.
