Spurs have been interested in signing the 22-year-old before, with ESPN reporting in April that Pochettino is a big fan of the 2016 Premier League title victor. Today, the latest on Chelsea and Tottenham target Wilfried Zaha....

The 25-year-old has rediscovered some of his best form at Selhurst Park and he provided 9 goals and 5 assists in his 29 Premier League appearances last season to help the Londoners secure their top flight status for at least another year.

The Sun is reporting that Chelsea FC are eager to sign the Ivory Coast worldwide to bolster their wing options ahead of the new Premier League campaign.

Zaha provides a viable option.

According to the Sun, Chelsea were front-runners for Zaha as they would probably need a replacement for either Willian or Eden Hazard if the iconic duo leaves Stamford Bridge this season.

But, according to Guardian Sport, Crystal Palace are determined that they will not sell Zaha.

With Chelsea preparing a bid of around £30 million for Zaha, Spurs are set to offer Palace a fee of £45 million to bring him to North London.

Tottenham have long held an interest in the talented winger, while Chelsea have also emerged as a potential destination for the player.

The race to sign Zaha is getting increasingly unpredictable.

The Crystal Palace winger has been heavily linked with a move away from Selhurst Park for a number of months after he seemingly single handedly ensured the Eagles' Premier League safety last term. An interesting next few days beckon.
