The actor who played Goldberg in "The Mighty Ducks" was arrested recently, and based on his mug shot, he really could use some help. Here's a picture of him on set as a teenager from his Mighty Ducks days.

The 39-year-old actor was detained at 1 a.m.in the small town of Oroville, California, which is roughly an hour outside of Sacramento.

"He was transported and booked into the Butte County Jail", the statement continued.

This is not the first arrest for Weiss.

In July 2017 he was arrested for stealing $151-worth of products from an electronics store and was sentenced to 150 days in jail.

Weiss has been in trouble with the law before, including an arrest a year ago for possession of meth, which came on the heels of an arrest for stealing merchandise from an electronics store.

The "Heavyweights" actor was sentenced to 90 days in county jail past year for possession of suspected methamphetamine in Burbank, California.

According to Page Six, the drug charges landed Weiss a 90-day sentence in county jail.

"Hopefully when he gets out, he will go to rehab so he can stay sober", the former child star's rep said at the time. He also starred as Sean in five episodes of Freaks and Geeks.

A representative for Weiss did not immediately respond to Fox News' request for comment. ABC Signature chief Tracy Underwood reportedly approached creator Steven Brill and producer Jordan Kerner about bringing back the story of a scrappy youth hockey team.
