The World Ends with You: Final Remix launches October 12 in North America and Europe

So far, Square Enix has had quite a bit of success releasing games on the Nintendo Switch, and it will be interesting to see if The World Ends With You: Final Remix sells as well as Octopath Traveler. After the lukewarm reception of the Wii U, many were beginning to wonder if the company would be able to survive in today's console market.

In addition, the video features several protagonists of this adventure, such as Neku, Shiki, Beat, Rhime and Joshua.

The game's full name is The World Ends With You -Final Remix-. This definitive version of Square Enix's RPG classic brings the dark story to life on the Nintendo Switch along with a new scenario and some new remixed music. The motion controls of the Joy-Cons coupled with HD Rumble will make you feel more in control of the rhythm action gameplay than ever before.

Many are wondering how the game will feel to play, and how the controls will transfer from the original DS version, which made very clever use of the capacitive touchscreen for precise controls. In addition to the music, the sound effects and voices were improved to have a high quality. Final Remix is headed to Switch this October. The game will be released in Japan with a special edition, but at the moment there is no similar package confirmed for America. Final Rermix has been on every Switch owner's mind since its reveal in January, and the Support Reapers are preparing to lower the wall blocking you off from the best RPG from the Nintendo DS.
