Razer Phone 2 looks like it will come out to play on October 10

The folks at Android Headlines got hold of alleged renders of the Razer Phone 2 from a "reliable source". As of right now, the original Razer Phone is still the only smartphone capable of 120Hz display refresh (an unbelievable feature), so we don't imagine Razer Phone 2 will ditch that.

As mentioned, the Razer Phone 2 will reportedly launch on October 10, which is less than a year since the Razer Phone launch.

So, what do you think about this? Other notable features of the original Razer Phone included a 120Hz display, 8GB of RAM, and a dual rear camera setup, and so we could see similar features in the Razer Phone 2, especially since it'll be a gaming-focused device. While still retaining most of the features now found on the first generation Razer Phone. The hardcore game hardware company has just sent out an email to media outlets to let them know they should "save the date" for a reveal coming on October 10.

Earlier: Recently, Razer confirmed to soon launch the Razer Phone 2 as the successor to the Razer Phone. The first device sported giant bezels to accommodate some of the best speakers ever put in a smartphone, but I expected some sort of reduction there given current design trends. While there is no information about the launch date of the Razer Phone 2, we expect the company to launch it in the month of November.
