Harrowing CCTV footage shows murder & robbery of rapper XXXTentacion

The video, recorded in court by Miami ABC affiliate WPLG, shows Onfroy sitting inside his BMW when he was approached by two men who jumped out of the passenger side of a vehicle, ran to Onfroy's auto window and demanded the rapper's chain, police said. The rapper was about to leave and sitting inside his BMW when a Dodge Journey blocked his exit. One of them actually had the balls to walk to the passenger side of the rapper's auto before fleeing the scene. Then shots rang out and the men fled with a bag from the rapper's vehicle. But earlier, cameras recorded the rapper's arrival for the final moments of his life.

The video shows X walking into the motorcycle dealership in Pompano Beach, Florida.

Surveillance video showed the suspects walked to the back of the store and got on their cell phones.

Footage shows two armed men, identified by the outlet as co-defendants Michael Boatwright and Trayvon Newsome, ambushing XXXTentacion in his vehicle, pointing guns through the driver's side window and reaching inside.

Three months after rapper XXXTentacion was fatally shot in South Florida, footage of his killing has been shown to the public.

One of those men, Robert Allen, appeared in court this week, as TMZ reports.

"He was in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong people", Allen's lawyer told WPLG on Thursday. "It's always been my client's position is he didn't know this was going to be a robbery, he didn't participate in it". Police believe Allen and his three accomplices "tracked" Onfroy some time before his death, eventually blocking his vehicle as it was trying to leave the Riva Motorsports parking lot. Ultimately, a judge denied Allen's request to reduce his bond.

All four suspects remain in custody.
