The actress initially offers to take the two young boys to a hotel to watch a film and suggests the children should not be "on the floor".

In her audio, Lohan accused the mother of trafficking the children.

Lohan broadcast on Instagram Live (captured above) what she believed to be a Syrian refugee family on the street. "Just come with me, not your husband, just you and your kids".

Lindsay Lohan made headlines once more as she ventured on what was supposed to be a rescue operation for an unnamed Syrian family she saw in the street.

However, the family did not accept her offer. Lindsay did not quit and kept requesting them in Arabic to come with her. I'll take care. Let me take care of you guys.do you want to stay in a hotel tonight? At one point she says, "You're ruining Arabic culture".

This is when Lohan begins insisting that the two children come with her to a hotel room to watch movies, leaving their parents behind. "It would be so cool to watch a movie on a TV or a computer", she tells children. "They will come back to you".

- Sharmine Narwani (@snarwani) September 29, 2018Lindsay Lohan followed a family, at night, tried to kidnap the 2 children, got decked by their mom, and then cried about how scared she was. I'm with you, I'm with you. She spoke directly to one of the children, asking if they wanted to go with her. Now I know who you are, don't F**k with me.

"Look what's happening, they're trafficking children ..."

While the most recent photos of Lohan place her in Paris for Fashion Week, TMZ reported that Lohan was livestreaming from Moscow, Russia when she hopped out of her auto and began speaking to the family. "I'm in shock right now", says the tearful actress.

Lohan continues to press them and they get up and start walking away but she follows them saying that it's "not right".

There were those who were not surprised, while others struggled to get used to the reality with "kidnapper" Lohan.

Fans watching the video as it happened expressed their anger at the actress in the comments section, accusing her of harassing the family, People magazine reported.
