The First Official Pic Of The SPICE GIRLS Reunited Has Appeared Online

The Spice Girls have confirmed that they're reuniting for a six-date United Kingdom tour next summer, following months of relentless speculation - but they won't be joined by their bandmate Victoria Beckham.

Fans aren't the only ones who wish Beckham would join in on the fun.

Though the group will unveil United Kingdom tour dates in a few hours time, Mel admitted they are hoping to take the shows global.

Are you excited for the upcoming Spice Girls tour?

The Spice Girls are officially coming back. That's right, there's no Posh Spice, as Victoria Beckham won't be part of the reunion tour. Mel C, Mel B, and Emma appear at news desks dressed in professional black suits, while Geri showed up in blue glitter.

She said: "It's just the four of us that are fully confirmed but Vic might join us at some point". "It'd be a shame if she didn't".

The fashion designer expressed no ill will towards her bandmates.

"2 Become 1" was the Spice Girls' third single, and was the UK Christmas number one single in 1996.

Beckham also said she was "more reserved" than the other women when they were dancing.

The tour, featuring special guest Jess Glynne, will begin June 1, 2019 in Manchester at the Etihad Stadium and will run through Coventry, Sunderland, Edinburgh, and Bristol before capping off the tour at Wembley Stadium in London.

In the video announcing the reunion, a pink-haired Emma enquired: 'Girls, do you think I'm too old for bunches?'

Rumours circulated about what they might do, with a tour and new material being just some of the suggestions.

Spice Girls previously reunited in 2012 to perform at the closing ceremony of the London Summer Olympics.

The group split in 1998 after becoming one of the UK's biggest girl groups ever. In 2007, all five returned for a world tour.

Fans had already been buzzing about the possibility of a Spice Girls reunion after publication of a group photo of the members having lunch together Halliwell Horner's house.

"It's time to spice things up all over again!"
