News PUBG PS4 Evidence Continues to Mount

A user on PS4Profiles, on online forum, provided images and Content ID codes apparently found on the PS4 game database.

Initially a PC only game, PUBG is now also available on mobile and Xbox One, as players of rival console PS4 were left in the dark.

The other game Xbox One users can download on the house is Pro Evolution Soccer 2019, the latest game in the long-running series from Konami. ResetEra admin and game industry analyst at Niko Partners Daniel Ahmad seemed to corroborate the news, suggesting that the game will be out on PS4 next month. Finally, a PUBG PS4 ratings listing showed up on the South Korean Game Rating and Administration Committee site in September.

Should PUBG come to PlayStation consoles, that'd be a win for Sony and a small loss for Microsoft who hasn't had the best track record with exclusive titles.

The discovery of the PSN Profiles comment sparked a new discussion on ResetEra where people speculated that the game might be coming to the PlayStation 4 next month since the game came to the Xbox One's Game Preview program in December 2017. It's also around the time of the Video Game Awards, where big games are frequently announced.

Do you care that PUBG may be coming to PS4? This, as Microsoft notes on the store, is PUBG version 1.0, so this is the full release for free.
