These quests will become available to players after they've reached Episode 5 in the main story campaign, according to Ubisoft. New quests will be added, one, in particular, has Alexios/Kassandra filling in the role of an actor in a play. Instead, it's new post-launch content like today's which is aimed to keep players hooked.

Greece's second lost tale, Divine Intervention, will introduce you to a mysterious woman who will test your qualities in several divine trials!

Epic Mercenaries and Epic Ships will be featured in Epic Events that are now in the works. All with new rewards for defeating them. These items can also be purchased from the Store. The level cap is also increasing from 50 to 70.

The best part is that if you are like me and have been playing a ton past level 50, completing various side missions, dailies and so on, you will be compensated retroactively with Ability Points too. For starters, Ubisoft's bringing a visual customisation system to the game, which lets you change the appearance of your armour without losing any of its stats or perks - a thoughtful addition for all you fashionistas out there.

These sound nice but if you want to fight a new enemy, you'll be thrilled to learn that on November 13, you'll be able to fight an actual Cyclops. A quest called Lightning Bringer will appear in your quest log as you'll want to seek out this high-level challenge in his lair in order to potentially gain a Legendary Bow for your efforts.

Detailed statistics have also arrived to the game, showing a lot of interesting and useful info on what kind of boosts, benefits and perks you get from your gear pieces.
