The son of former FIFA World Player of the Year George Weah, Tim has only made six senior appearances for PSG, scoring two goals. "He and rest of the coaching staff are going to build me and form me into a really good player, and my team-mates are going to help me mature". Not just against Rangers but if you are not at your best against a few teams you are not going to get the result you want.

'I am in love with Celtic so I am really happy, ' he told BBC Scotland.

Will Celtic win the Scottish Premiership title this season?

While Polster has joined Steven Gerrard's side at their winter training camp in Tenerife, compatriot Gutman has opted for a move to Parkhead and will put pen to paper pending the outcome of a work-permit appeal.

"There's no pressure at all - I thrive on it all", he said.

"Away from home, we've suffered a drip and that's something I need to look at". The Hoops do not look like they're finished there though, so we've put together an update of some possible ins and outs that could still happen before deadline day at the end of the month.

'He's looking to play me as a nine and I can't wait.

"But you have to concentrate on the positive side", he continued. I think my time at the club, there's been lots of change.

By letting Hendry go on loan, it would suggest Rodgers is confident the club will make at least an effective defensive signing in the window.

But Celtic pipped their rivals to clinch the 21-year-old's signature and a delighted Rodgers added: "It's a good signing for the club".

Timothy who represents the US at global level said he was looking forward to his first training session with the team.

"So bringing young Oliver and Timothy in will increase that in both the central and wide areas, as will young Bayo as well as he gives us a physicality with his presence and speed".

"But it's always important that you can improve, but that will be down to the availability, and as always with Celtic, the affordability of the player".

"I haven't played as many games as I'd like to", admitted the £15million man.
